"I just wanted to write and thank you so much again for putting together our wonderful reunion this past weekend. I'll only start to gush if I try to articulate to you one more damn time just what a marvelous place the department was and continues to be for me and the lot of us, and how much we learned in and from our whole community during our time in Berkeley and beyond. So much for keeping the gush to a minimum. It really was a moving and impressive bunch of talks, and such a great thing to get to hang with good friends. Thanks for all your work."
